Quanser Safety and Security Research

Experimental research on safety, security, and resilience using Quanser platforms including QCar, QDrone, traffic-light modules, and integrated testbed workflows.

This project highlights my research-oriented experimental work on safety, security, and resilience using the Quanser ecosystem.

The work combines physical and simulated platforms to design and study experiments involving:

  • QCar
  • QDrone
  • traffic-light and roadway interaction modules
  • perception, state estimation, and control activities
  • resilience-oriented testing under faults or adversarial conditions

The platform use and experimentation are carried out in collaboration with Dr. Hossein Rastgoftar.

Quanser-based experimental setup combining autonomous-vehicle and drone platforms for safety and security research.

Representative activities include:

  • safety-aware vehicle experimentation on QCar platforms
  • drone-oriented validation in protected indoor test spaces
  • traffic-light interaction and environment-response testing
  • software and system-level resilience evaluation
Example Quanser activities: traffic-light interaction experiments and indoor QDrone flight testing.

This page is intended as a concise showcase of a core PhD research direction and experimental environment rather than a full catalog of all studies carried out on the platform.
